Provided your age should be between 18 and 49 years. You should provide good character and health certificate. You should possess good English communication skills. You should score 60 on the points test. If you qualify the points test, you need to submit an ‘Expression of Interest’ based on which you will receive an ‘Invitation’ from Australian Embassy to apply for the skilled work visa.

Skilled nomination visa ( subclass 190 ) – Under this visa category, you should receive a nomination from a state or union territory. Process of application is similar to subclass 189.

Skilled nominated or sponsored visa or subclass 489 – this category is also a PR residency visa and similar to subclass 189, provided you are allowed to work only in the specified provision of Australia.
